Rick de Blaby is the CEO of Get Living, the UK’s leading provider of rental homes in big city neighbourhoods, with 6,000 operational homes in 2024 and a current pipeline to take it to over 10,000 homes.

Best known for its ownership of East Village at the Olympic Park, Get Living is also redeveloping the centre of Elephant and Castle, Lewisham, Maidenhead and more locally land behind the railway station in Leatherhead.

Rick is passionate about urban regeneration and placemaking and has over 40 years’ experience in the development, investment and operation of residential and commercial real estate in London and the regions.
